Responsibilities
Ā Collaborate with the Finance Manager to achieve department goals and objectives.
Ā Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ā Generate, review, and analyze financial reports to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Ā Work closely with internal teams and international colleagues on various tasks and projects.
Ā Contribute to budget preparation and forecasting efforts.
Ā Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Ā Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
Ā Ensure ongoing compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Ā Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.
Ā Assist in variance analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities and ways to enhance revenue.
Ā Analyze financial data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Ā Act as a back-up for payroll processing and provide ADP Total Source payroll reports as needed.
Ā Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management.
Ā Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects.
Ā Travel twice annually for company meetings and workshops in the Northeast.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Ā Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
Ā Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (REQUIRED).
Ā Experience with SAP Business by Design (preferred).
Ā Advanced Excel skills required.
Ā Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ā Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ā Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
Ā Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ā Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ā Must reside in the United States with full work authorization (no sponsorship).
