You'll provide insurance quotes or policy sales to our customers, utilizing a consultative sales approach to learn about their needs and recommend an appropriate product to protect against risks associated with their upcoming travel. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to travelers and travel advisors * Educating customers on the benefits and coverages of our travel insurance products * Recommending an appropriate product to meet the customer's unique travel plans * Meeting state licensing requirements to sell insurance * Responding to high-end clientele with professionalism * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues **Key Qualities and Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ years preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions * Proven experience in sales is beneficial * Ability to respond to high-end clientele with professionalism * Experienced in the travel industry; experience in domestic or international travel along with geography knowledge is highly beneficial * High School Diploma or equivalent required **Benefits and Perks** At blithequark, we know how important it is to protect and invest in what's most important to you.
