Assistant Editor -- YouTube Compilation Channel

Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-obsessed Assistant Editor to join our growing team. Your mission is to support the lead editor in crafting viral, high-retention compilation videos that get millions of views. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes YouTube and is hungry to learn and grow. If you're a Premiere Pro wizard with insane attention to detail and a strong work ethic, this role is for you. Type: Full Time / Remote Core Competencies • Premiere Pro Mastery: Minimum 2 years of experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro with high-level efficiency and technical fluency. • Detail Obsession: You never miss a single detail. You check, double-check, and then check again. Your work is pixel-perfect and error-free. • Organization Machine: Your timelines, folders, assets, and project files are meticulously organized at all times. • Work Ethic: You will do whatever it takes to hit deadlines. • Passion for YouTube: You live and breathe YouTube content. You love the platform, understand what makes a video perform, and consume it constantly. • Growth Mindset: You’re a fast learner and thrive on feedback and iteration. • Self-Sufficiency: With little to no context provided, you can solve problems independently and execute tasks without oversight. • Graphics Ability (A PLUS): After Effects or motion graphics skills are a strong plus. Key Outcomes • OUTCOME #1: Do whatever it takes (graphics, file management, quality control, etc.) to support lead editor(s) in achieving millions of views per month on each channel. • OUTCOME #2: Deliver 4+ fully QC’d compilation videos per week, on or before their deadlines. • OUTCOME #3: Each video is delivered with zero oversight, zero rounds of notes, and zero errors, every time.
