Assistant Editor / Production Coordinator [Remote]

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Editor/Production Coordinator. The ideal candidate will work closely with the production, editing, and post-production teams to ensure all content is processed and delivered on time and in the correct formats.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE REQUIRES ON-SITE, FULL TIME WORK IN OUR HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA OFFICE.
What you will do:
Manage daily content workflows including downloading, organizing, and delivering video assets for on-air promos and digital platforms.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of deliverables (ProRes files, viewing files, social media assets with captions) to appropriate platforms and backup systems.
Oversee file management on various servers and cloud systems and ensure assets are properly archived.
Work with the post-production team to ensure that all deliverables meet broadcast standards and deadlines.
Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of final deliverables.
Perform administrative tasks, including: maintaining the editorial calendar and other tracking documents
About you:
Prior experience in television production, post-production, or media coordination preferred.
2+ Years of Professional Video Editorial experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere) and file management systems (e.g., Wiredrive, Nexis, Extreme Reach, G-Drive, Sharepoint).
Understanding of frame rates, conversions, and codecs.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with broadcast and digital media workflows.
Technical troubleshooting skills, particularly related to media asset delivery and management.
Available to work long hours when needed, especially under tight deadlines
