We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong Excel/Google Sheets and Canva skills to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.Job Description.Assist in processing business trip reimbursements for the Asset Protection Team.Handle taxi requests or team members.Support monthly vendor invoicing processes.Set up Zoom meeting links for Asset Protection activities.Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for Asset Protection Weekly Meetings and Vendor Meetings.Assist in compiling and managing data using Excel/Google Spreadsheet.Design and develop Security Awareness posters for monthly broadcasts.RequirementsProficiency in Canva for designing posters.Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with Google Sheets/Spreadsheet.Attention to detail & accuracy in administrative tasks and have Organizational Skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.Ability to Work in a Team.Strong work ethic Responsible, disciplined, and committed to completing tasks efficiently.Fresh Graduate or Mid to Final semester University Student.
