Asset Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Analyst with a passion for problem-solving and a strong desire to make an impact. As an Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for performing data reviews and analysis of software assets, identifying data integrity issues, and resolving discrepancies. You will also support efforts to expand software visibility, learn and provide expertise in asset management policies and procedures, and create and maintain process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data reviews and analysis of software assets to identify data integrity issues and root causes of anomalies
Provide resolution of discrepancies between extracted inventory data and CARTS data
Support efforts to expand total footprint software visibility into the software asset management tool
Learn, understand, and provide expertise in asset management policies and procedures to purchasing teams, contracts, vendor management, and business owners
Create and maintain process documentation and references
Initiate cross-collaboration with internal and vendor teams and support team members in problem-solving activities
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in wealth management, inventory/materials management, or a related field
Solid understanding of hardware and software asset life cycles and supply chain methods and processes
Experience using Excel to analyze datasets, including pivot tables and formulas
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to investigate and resolve problems effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Servicenow (CARTS), particularly in hardware asset management modules
IT Asset Management certification (e.g. CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM, or equivalent)
Good knowledge of Costco's business operations or other large organizations with multiple locations
Experience with SCCM, Bigfix, or Servicenow Discovery data discovery tools
Experience with G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
