What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot, install, and support customers on software and hardware equipment
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable troubleshooting support via phone, email, and in person
- Ensure timely and accurate setup of all systems
- Test systems to ensure functionality
- Maintain detailed documentation in the ticketing system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Networking and/or Customer Service Experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Associates Degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of experience OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of Networking Experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Support Technician in a technology-related field
