They are looking for a Program Manager to establish and ensure the sustainability of an AI Center of Excellence, aiding the client's operational efficiency.
In this role you can expect to... have the responsibilities:
Ā Manage overall program and project management activities for timely communication and execution
Ā Oversee the development and maintenance of program charters, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Ā Implement continuous improvement protocols for AI projects and initiatives
Ā Develop a comprehensive program roadmap with milestones and timelines
Ā Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives and KPIs
Ā Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Ā Utilize project management methodologies for resource allocation and risk management
Ā Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Ā Develop training and resource plans and best practices documentation
Ā Conduct stakeholder meetings to promote AI technology adoption
Ā Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in AI initiatives
Ā Track and analyze program performance using data-driven insights
Ā Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Ā Implement feedback mechanisms to incorporate lessons into future programs
Ā Stay updated with latest AI advancements and provide technical guidance
Ā Evaluate and recommend AI tools and frameworks

This role requires you to have:
Ā Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Ā 5+ years of experience in program and project management
Ā Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning frameworks
Ā Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory considerations in AI
Ā Proven record of managing complex programs
Ā Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ā Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities
Ā Ability to obtain a DOE Q-Clearance
