ARIEL is our unique and specialist adjusting arm of Crawford & Company, providing Agricultural, Rural Industries and Estates' Losses claims management expertise to complement our global portfolio of specialty and traditional claims management services. Our opportunity is a first notification of loss (FNOL) coordinator to support our busy network of claims technicians and adjustersResponsibilitiesYouâll receive and action new claims including accurate data input, liaison with colleagues and customers to capture and provide key information. Youâll also make outbound calls to policyholders, Agents, Insurers and colleagues to ascertain the nature of each claim, extent of loss, if emergency assistance is required and to book appointments.
