This position is part of the Frankfurt Airport Customer Services Team at arenaflex. The role supports a group of Lead Specialists in delivering a safe and high-quality airport experience to our valued customers. You will be expected to have an understanding of all areas of customer service and security and to work deftly across all capabilities in both areas. On a daily basis, you report into and take guidance from the Lead Specialists in customer service and security.

What You'll Do


Provide consistently high-quality customer care and ensure a seamless experience at all contact points throughout the airport
Perform a range of airport-related duties and be prepared to assist the daily operation in any way required in the following areas: Check-in and Security, Gates, Transfers, Arrivals (where applicable)
Perform all security functions where passenger contact is involved, such as checking passengers' documents and screening passengers at check-in and at the flight gate (where applicable)
Search and observation of all areas of the operation and travelers as well as accompanying passengers through their journey
Work closely with and take direction from the Lead Specialists responsible for the flight/workspaces/shift
Lead necessary administrative duties such as pre-flight and post-flight departure procedures
Represent arenaflex by adhering to the uniform standards and by taking on a customer-centered approach at all times
Promote and sell arenaflex services and products to our customers
Attend and complete all mandatory training by given deadlines
Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
Complete any other reasonable duties consistent with the post


All You'll Need for Success

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum High School Education and prior Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German
Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enjoyment of face-to-face contact with customers
Solution-oriented approach with the ability to resolve conflicts within time constraints
Ability to handle pressure effectively and work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a dynamic environment
Well-groomed appearance with commitment to adhering to uniform standards at all times
Willingness and ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
Reliability and dependability are essential
Commitment to following all arenaflex policies and procedures
Willingness and ability to travel for training in the USA and Europe
Ability to pass all required background checks and security clearances


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service industry
Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email proficiency
Saber/Qik or other reservation system experience
Additional language skills beyond English and German

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your skills and commitment:


Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Work Schedule: Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
Training Compensation: Full pay during initial training period
