As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development of the Tennessee, Nashville sales territory and surrounding region. You will manage and expand distribution structures while maintaining and strengthening direct customer relationships. Your customer base will primarily consist of professional automotive reconditioning and detailing businesses, car washes, dealerships, and collision repair facilities. In this role, you combine structured sales management with hands-on customer engagement. Product expertise and customer training are central elements of our market approach and an integral part of your responsibilities. Full responsibility for revenue development and sustainable growth within the Tennessee, Nashville region Development, management, and expansion of distributor and end customer relationships Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities and regional market potential Ongoing support and development of existing customer accounts Planning and execution of product demonstrations and customer trainings across the full product portfolio Structured management of leads, prospects, and sales activities Regular reporting and close coordination with the National Sales Manager Representation of Koch-Chemie USA at customer appointments and regional industry activities Previous sales experience in automotive, chemical, or Paint, Body & Equipment (PBE) environments Experience in route sales or chemical distribution is an advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style High level of customer orientation combined with commercial awareness Ability to manage a geographically large sales territory efficiently Confidence in handling administrative and reporting tasks Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to travel extensively in your region A responsible sales position with direct impact on the growth of Koch-Chemie USA Clear sales targets, structured territory planning, and defined development opportunities Competitive base salary (twice a month) with monthly performance-based incentives Company vehicle and company credit card Paid product and on-the-job training 10 days of PTO plus paid holidays Additional incentive and recognition programs for high performers A professional, international working environment with short decision-making paths Koch-Chemie USA is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants for employment regardless of race, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, color, religion, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or any other protected factor.
