Your tasks Drive strong sales growth in the assigned territory Middle East by expanding Kardex Remstar’s presence and building a healthy, fast‑moving pipeline focused on key industries. Develop and execute business plans with distributors, setting clear sales and development targets aligned with regional strategy. Manage the full sales cycle with and through distributors, including prospecting, opportunity creation, negotiation, and closing deals. Build long‑term relationships with distributors and end customers, providing technical, commercial, and training support to enable successful selling. Lead strategic customer engagements, coordinate closely with internal teams, and ensure accurate forecasting, effective project execution, and achievement of revenue and gross profit KPIs. Your profile University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or in Business Administration with technical sales experience Proven experience in solution selling—ideally integrated systems within intralogistics or warehouse automation —and strong commercial and negotiation skills; ideally you have a background from machinery industry Solid business development capabilities, including market understanding, data analysis, and the ability to create effective business plans Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with intercultural competence and experience in multinational environments Fluency in English and Arabic is a must have, with high reliability, responsiveness, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
