ABOUT YOU: We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven, Area Sales Managers to join our growing commercial team and help expand the reach of our Glacial® Skin platforms. In this role, you’ll drive successful adoption, build strong relationships with providers, and play a key part in growing our brand presence in your territory.You’ll report to the Director of Sales and work closely with our Practice Success Managers to ensure seamless customer experience from first contact to installation and beyond. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, hustle, and seeing results.WHAT YOU'LL DO: Drive new capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quarterly/annual quotasIn person device installation post sale and deliveryExecute sales strategy and bring new providers into the R2 ecosystemPresent compelling product demos and value propositions to differentiate R2Cultivate strong relationships across customer organizations — from practitioners to decision-makersBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline using SalesforceIdentify and nurture relationships with KOLs in your regionPartner cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teamsRepresent R2 at trade shows, industry events, and educational seminarsSubmit timely forecasts, activity reports, and expense documentationWHAT YOU'LL BRING: 5+ years of capital sales experience (aesthetics or MedTech preferred)A track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term relationshipsProven success managing multi-state territories and strategic mappingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and follow-throughProficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel up to 90%Based in Chicago, IL (preferred)WHAT YOU'LL GET: Higher than average base salary and OTECompany-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance - $0 deductible PPO is our base plan! 401(k) with company matchAnd more to explore!
