Area Sales Manager - DACH (Remote)

Poised for exponential growth, our strategy emphasizes engagement with both end-users and machine builders.The Opportunity:We are seeking an Area Sales Manager DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) with expertise in account management and a proven track record in automation sales. You'll be instrumental in developing and driving growth in the region by finding new opportunities, managing key accounts, and establishing long-term partnerships. Your territory will be the DACH region.Your Main Responsibilities :Lead business development and sales efforts, focusing on key accounts and high-value partnershipsAchieve and exceed sales quotas in the assigned region Collaborate with end-customers for validation, testing, and prototypingEngage with OEM's (machine builders) to integrate our technology.Work closely with partners to optimize the territory coverage and drive further growth.Interact with engineering as well as high level management.Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities effectivelyContribute to building a larger business presence and market share in DACH and Europe as a team.Your ProfileYou hold a higher degree in business and sales, and have proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or technological context.Your Skills :Robust experience in sales, channel and account managementMinimum of 5 years experience in industrial automationProven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customersTechnical knowledge of robots and/or automation systems.In-depth knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sectors within the DACH region, encompassing key areas such as automotive and aerospace components, medical devices, electronics and electrical equipment, and pharmaceuticals and biotech research.Self-motivated, organized, and commercially driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with CRM systems; being a CRM power user is essentialFluent in German and englishWhy Mecademic?.Disrupt with Innovation: You’ll represent the world’s most precise, compact robots—an innovative product that solves "impossible" micro automation challenges.High-Potential Market and Global Expansion: you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automation as the company is expanding globally.
