Job Description:
Tesla is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have regarding Tesla products and... services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information through live chat
- Proactively engage with customers to provide assistance and support
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member
- Conduct research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Detail-oriented and able to follow directions accurately
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using internet and chat platforms
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
Personality traits: dedicated, independent
