About the Role This hybrid remote role offers the flexibility to balance your time between our remote office and home, allowing you to work in a setting that suits your needs. As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving business success across our region, overseeing multiple store locations, and leading a team of senior managers and pharmacy administrators. Key Responsibilities Client Experience : Ensure exceptional customer service across the region, providing feedback, training, and coaching to colleagues to drive a distinct and wonderful customer experience. Operations : Oversee assigned stores, visiting them regularly to drive operational excellence, and collaborate with senior managers to execute market strategies at the store level. Business Performance Management : Prepare for and attend regional meetings and Monthly Business Outlines (MBOs), reviewing working statements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Business Planning : Collaborate with financial analysts to develop action plans, drive business forecasting, and analysis for business planning meetings. People and Performance Management : Oversee regional hiring and staffing processes, focusing on training and developing senior managers and pharmacy administrators to drive employee engagement and increase performance. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including retail pharmacy operations, business management, and leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide feedback, coaching, and training to colleagues. Proven experience in driving business growth, improving customer experience, and developing talent. Ability to work in a hybrid remote setting, balancing time between our remote office and home. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the retail pharmacy industry, preferably with Walgreens. Advanced degree in business administration, pharmacy, or a related field. Certifications or training in leadership, management, or a related area.
