Architectural Draftsperson (AutoCAD / Revit)
Urban Design Associates is an award-winning residential architecture firm specializing in high-end, custom homes and estates. They are seeking a full-time Architectural Draftsperson who will produce architectural drawings and assist with construction document sets for luxury residential projects. Responsibilities Produce architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD Implement redlines and revisions from project architects Assist with construction document sets for custom homes Support design development and presentation graphics Create or assist with preliminary renderings using Photoshop and/or Lumion Help maintain drawing quality, consistency, and accuracy Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and principals Skills 1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural office Technical education required; Associate degree preferred Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite Basic understanding of residential construction methods Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Positive, professional attitude with strong team-player energy Ability to take feedback well and grow within established design standards Revit: 1+ year (preferred) AutoCAD: 1+ year (preferred) SketchUp and Lumion experience is a plus Benefits Health insurance 401(k) with matching Paid time off Flexible scheduling Continuing education opportunities Company Overview Architectural firm specializing in custom residential projects, based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
