Architect/BIM Modeller specialist for modeling building using provided template file (ArchiCAD)

The goal of this project is to create a unified, functional, and internally consistent architectural and structural BIM passport of the provided building, developed by precisely modeling individual floors in separate files based on a single reference template and subsequently assembling them into a MASTER file. The key requirement is absolute geometric and vertical continuity of structures across all floors, with a critical focus on the vertical alignment of load-bearing elements and staircases (especially in underground levels), which takes precedence over the point cloud in the hierarchy of sources. Modelers are required to follow a strict methodology—including the rule of modeling ceiling slabs always within the lower story, the prohibition of creating custom layers or attributes, and mandatory weekly checks—to ensure a collision-free state and the technical accuracy of final PLN, IFC, and DWG exports, which are performed exclusively from the central MASTER file.
