Job Description: We seek a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Medical Doctor (MD) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is essential in providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients, helping them navigate health challenges, manage ongoing conditions, and maintain overall wellness.

As a healthcare provider at The Modern Woman Health and Wellness Center, you will:
• Provide comprehensive primary care and gynecological services to women of all ages.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending therapies.
• Collaborate with our team of therapists, counselors, and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

For APRNs:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Valid APRN license to practice in Connecticut.
• National certification in a specialty area relevant to women's health or primary care.
• Ability to work independently after meeting the state's collaborative practice requirements.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience, focusing on women's health.

For Medical Doctors:
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Valid medical license to practice in Connecticut.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty, such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, focusing on women's health.
