Role Overview
The Appointment Generator is the voice of our luxury brand, providing a phenomenal first impression that focuses on building relationships with our clients and their families over the phone. This role involves setting appointments and making outbound sales calls, contributing to our growing studio's success. You'll ensure high levels of customer service and manage daily operational schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Book clients and contribute to the growth of the studio.
• Maintain high service levels and confidence.
• Hit daily and weekly sales targets.
• Follow scripts and meet performance goals.
Who We're Looking For
• Motivated, target-driven individuals.
• Outgoing, well-spoken, and full of energy.
• Confident, engaging, and positive personalities.
• Reliable team players who can work independently while handling the booking process.
Experience & Skills
• 2 years in a phone sales position.
• Proven sales performance against targets.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Telemarketing and sales experience 1 year required.
