We're seeking highly motivated Virtual Solar Setters to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients and set up appointments for our sales team. This is a fully remote position with opportunities for growth and uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities...
• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate interest in solar energy solutions.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for solar consultations.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to maintain engagement.
• Keep detailed records of calls and lead statuses in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and lead flow.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and positive phone demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Access to a computer and reliable high-speed internet.
• Self-driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,800.00 - $14,400.00 per month
