As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to provide quality and engaging dance lessons to children of all experience levels. This role involves developing choreography and teaching a variety of dance styles to participants in a fun and safe environment. You will have the opportunity to foster a love of dance, leading to greater self-confidence and personal development. Responsibilities: Develop lesson plans for dance classes that are age-appropriate and tailored to the individual student's abilities. Teach dance techniques such as ballet, tap, jazz, or hip-hop, among others. Monitor student performance and provide feedback on areas of strength and weakness. Oversee practice hours to ensure that students are meeting goals and progressing properly. Coordinate with other instructors, staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcome for each student. Qualifications: At least 1-2 years teaching experience in classical, jazz, hip hop, or contemporary dance. Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
