Job Responsibilities & Description for the Remote Customer Service Representative:
 Handle incoming customer phone calls from current and potential customers
 Update client accounts and schedule services for HVAC technicians
 Provide technicians with well-detailed notes regarding the scheduled services
 Schedule in-home services and assist with providing dispatching updates
 Process payments, refunds, and low level escalations
 Upsell specials/promotions to customers
Job Requirements for the Remote Customer Service Representative:
 Must be highly personable and outgoing
 Must possess excellent communication skills
 Must be committed to providing top-notch service
 Candidates must be willing to submit to a Pre-Employment Screening, including Drug & Background Check
