What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial project management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
- Understanding of various marketing and commercial functions and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management software and expert skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the pet food industry or related sectors
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Exceptional presentation skills and professionalism
- Familiarity with commercialization processes across functions like Sales, Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain
