We are actively seeking a part time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team! We would love to hear from you!! What You?ll Do - Some high impact opportunities you'll tackle include: ? Attract: Source and attract candidates through building relationships, direct approach, referrals, social media, etc. ? Execute: A full cycle recruiting process, to include writing job descriptions, managing postings and referrals, resume reviews, screenings, managing the interview process, communicating with hiring managers and extending offers ? Experience: Manage the candidate experience, ensuring every candidate gets the RP experience they deserve ? Analytics: Provide regular and accurate reporting to the VP, People & Culture around RP?s recruiting efforts ? Documentation: Ensure all Talent Acquisition documentation is up to date and accurate Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can: ? Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting with demonstrated experience in developing diverse attraction strategies ? Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence ? Organized: Incredibly organized with strong time management skills ? Trust: The ability to foster trust on day 1 with our candidates ? ATS: Familiarity with a variety of ATS systems, TeamTailor is a plus! Your Super Powers and Our Mission ?
