Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat in a timely and professional manner
? Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot any issues related to our products and services

? Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
