B&H Industrial is a family-owned, third-generation industrial supply company founded in 1976. We seek an additional and exceptional Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team!
Job Description:
B&H seeks exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with our clients. To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and be able to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner.
Main Job Duties:
 Manage and assign emails
 Process invoices from suppliers
 Deliver customer invoices
 Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions
 Enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites
 Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors
 Provide verbal and email quotes to customers
 Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability
 Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments
 Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates
 Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors
 Keep track of past-due invoices
Skills:
 Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
 Highly detail-oriented
 Proactive work ethic and communication
 High-level organizational skills
 Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 Experience with eCommerce software
 Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus
 Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation
 Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
Requirements:
 E-commerce/Support & Sales: 3 years (Required)
 A reliable and fast internet connection is required for this position.
