We are currently looking for a Claims Reimbursement Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
 Review and reconcile supporting payment detail
 Review and confirm policy terms of coverage
 Process and refer payment due
 Ensure payments remain in compliance with both policy and departmental guidelines
 Process ceded reinsurance billing; including external distribution of invoices, follow up on outstanding amounts due, and management reporting
 Support reconciliation and escheat processes related to claim payments
 Cross train and serve as back-up for others on the Finance team as needed
 Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary to assure the overall success of the Finance Team
 Powercomp, Freedom Reinsurance System (FRS), Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
 Interact and collaborate with employees at all levels from across the organization
 Ability to recommend, present and implement change
 Communicate with multiple TPAs and work to obtain all necessary data and resolve any reconciling issues
Required Qualifications
 Be a problem solver, with high attention to detail, and be willing to take ownership.
 Team-oriented, approachable, welcome feedback, self-motivating and enthusiastic.
Preferred Qualifications
 College diploma or university degree in the field of accounting or finance preferred.
