The Bookable Experiences Logistics Team develop and support Dining Bookable Products and Non-Dining Experiences by orchestrating the build-to-launch process for all Walt Disney World and Disneyland bookable products including table service restaurants, dining events, activities, and merchandise experiences.
As a Bookable Experiences Logistics Analyst, you will play a vital role in our dynamic, diverse, and collaborative environment. A successful Analyst embodies analytical skills, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, teamwork, and the ability to work autonomously within tight timelines. Expeditiously improving the Disney value proposition for our Guests, Cast, and Shareholders through collaborative partnerships that deliver innovative and optimal business processes.
This temporary opportunity is approved for one year.
What You Will Do
Utilizing multiple bookable content management tools such as D-Scribe, OpSheet, AVAIL SE, and Product Authoring Tool applications, which serve as the primary systems of record for Guest and Cast information, your role involves coordinating, building, sustaining, and validating all bookable products across diverse categories for multiple partners.
This encompasses designing and sustaining build process flows, developing automated project managing tools, generating content for meal periods, establishing policies, managing product associations, sustaining pricing and related content, incorporating add-on products, applying membership discounts, organizing schedules, developing analytical tools to measure systems health and processes accuracy, and more.
Required Qualifications & Skills
 10+ years experience in F&B and activities product build and configuration
 Proven knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage Revenue Management processes, procedures, and controls
 Proficiency in reporting tool like MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Snowflake
 Proven experience with D-Scribe Content Management Application, and OpSheet scheduling application
 Demonstrated robust system skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and process mapping applications like Moqups
 Experience in projects development and sustainment in project applications such as SmartSheet
 Ability to design reporting and ad-hoc analysis of historical and current data and configuration to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities with Bookable Experiences build processes
 Proven knowledge of Walt Disney World Food & Beverage, Tours, and Recreation line of business
 Demonstrated self-starter, with strong strategic aptitude, clear thinking and communicating, and great decision making
 Strong attention to detail, with an ability to take a step back and understand the bigger picture
 Ability to work with Data Engineers and Systems Administrators in Technology to improve data configuration and content flows across the composite
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Demonstrated understanding of complex processes and the ability to map and document them and present them to a diverse audience
 Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while managing multiple and changing priorities
 Flexibility with work schedule, including non-typical hours based on business needs
Preferred Education
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, Finance, Economics, Revenue Management related field, or equivalent
 PMP Certification
The hiring range for this remote position is $89,700.00 - $109,500.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
