Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Contributes to the Provider Relations job family in a support capacity.
ā¢ Supports and maintains positive relationships with health care professionals within the network.
ā¢ Provides high quality service to health care professionals.
ā¢ Provide assistance regarding education, contract questions and non-routine claim issues.
ā¢ Coordinates communications process on such issues as administrative and medical policy, reimbursement and provider utilization patterns.
ā¢ Assists providers in contract compliance and credentialing issues. Assists with preparation or modification of provider contracts.
ā¢ Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
ā¢ Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
ā¢ Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Provider Relations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
ā¢ Skills-Providers relations, Call Centre, Inbound/Outbound, Computer Literacy
ā¢ Computer Proficiency
ā¢ Prior Call Center Experience
ā¢ Ability to convey complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others
ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others
ā¢ Strong customer service skills
ā¢ Computer proficiency, willing to learn new systems
ā¢ Ability to work in a goal orientated environment
ā¢ Ability to meet high standards for attendance
ā¢ Computer proficiency, willing to learn new systems
ā¢ Previous Outbound or Inbound Call Center, 2 years is ideal
ā¢ Microsoft Suite skills
ā¢ Ability to talk and type simultaneously
ā¢ Self-starter, not afraid to ask questions when needed
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Phone etiquette
ā¢ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
