Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL, if you prefer a hybrid option. What You’ll be Doing Application Design & Development • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business applications, including bug fixes and performance optimization. Optimization, Quality & Scalability • Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications. • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization; build innovative solutions to streamline business operations. Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business applications with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI tools. • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and alignment with business needs. • Other duties as needed About You • 3+ years of integration or software engineering experience focused on business and IT system integrations • Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. • Database expertise in SQL and data modeling. • Experience with web development frameworks (Angular, React, Django) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS, including system integrations. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively across teams. • Additional Skills • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and automation solutions. • Knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. • Ability to develop and integrate AI models into business applications. • Understanding of NLP and computer vision concepts. Due to federal government security requirements associated with our FedRAMP-authorized environment, candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents. • Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
