Your responsibilities and tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

System Design and Engineering
• Design, develop, and engineer customized industrial refrigeration and heat pump systems during the project proposal phase.
• Select and integrate components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, and controls into efficient system designs.
• Develop accurate, detailed proposal documentation that is both technically sound and commercially viable.

Client Consultation and Support
• Act as a primary technical advisor to clients, providing expert recommendations on system design, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to client needs, inquiries, and concerns professionally and promptly.

Regulatory Compliance and Standards
• Ensure that all systems comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and relevant codes, including environmental and energy efficiency guidelines.
• Stay updated on advancements and regulatory shifts within the industrial refrigeration sector.

Documentation and Reporting
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, schematics, calculations, and project reports.
• Maintain detailed records of project activities, findings, and technical recommendations.

Training and Knowledge Sharing
• Provide technical training to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on refrigeration principles, best practices, and maintenance.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Your profile and qualifications:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial refrigeration and heat pump system design, engineering and application.
