Application Development Project Manager/Lead
We are looking for a skilled Application Development Project Manager/Lead to oversee and guide software development initiatives in Brooklyn, New York. This role requires a strong understanding of modern technologies, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies for diverse teams. You will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that align with business needs and technical constraints.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of applications using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and backend technologies such as Rails or Node.js.
• Design efficient database schemas and write high-performance queries.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to bridge technical limitations with product requirements and foster creative solutions.
• Stay informed about cutting-edge tools and technologies that enhance developer efficiency, including AI-assisted coding.
• Provide guidance on modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as React Query, Redux, Mantine, AG Grid, and HyperFormula.
• Contribute to building intuitive web interfaces with dynamic grids and formula evaluation.
• Ensure application designs prioritize simplicity and user-centric experiences.
• Mentor team members and drive best practices for UI/UX design.
Qualifications:
• Advanced experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in backend development with Rails or Node.js.
• Strong skills in database schema design and query optimization.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for simplifying technical concepts.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript tools and patterns, including React Query and Redux.
• Knowledge of building spreadsheet-like web interfaces with dynamic grids.
• Interest in emerging technologies that enhance developer productivity.
• A keen eye for UI/UX design, emphasizing simplicity and user focus.
Compensation
$180,000.00-$200,000.00 Yearly
