Job Description:

We are actively seeking full-time Online Chat Customer Support Specialists who are tech-savvy, and passionate about providing phenomenal customer service. In this role, you will be tasked with providing world-class customer service to our customers via live chat. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries about our products and services, providing solutions and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

– Answering customer inquiries via live chat

– Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues

– Providing product information and solutions

– Maintaining customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of issues

– Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions

– Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

– Excellent written communication skills

– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Familiarity with Apple products, services, and offerings

– Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a live chat customer support role

– Technical background or strong interest in technology and Apple products

– Bilingual or multilingual ability
