Supplies Quoting Specialist (Hybrid - Lincolnshire, IL)

The Supplies Quoting Specialist will execute quoting initiatives, maintain sales and customer service relationships, and support inside sales staff to achieve supplies sales objectives.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes media solutions, prepares and presents accurate competitive quotations, and provides regular follow-up on quotes and projectsParticipates and brings awareness to large volume quotations, order placement and sample testingEstablishes and maintains sales and customer service relationships with assigned internal customer base in order to understand the business/product needs and requirements of their joint customersWorks closely with analysts on high volume quotations to ensure competitivenessAnalyzes and provides quotation reports to supplies account reps, field reps and managementWorks with and supports inside sales staff to obtain supplies sales objectivesServe as a liaison to assist account analysts, inside sales representatives, and sales managers at all levels to support the needs of Zebra's resellers and end usersProvides technical product performance assistance to all Zebra Supplies customers by continually developing and maintaining expertise in media converting operations and barcode labeling applicationsProvide customer and prospect assistance when a sales representative is not availableWorks with the Client Care Group with account responsibilities by performing order processing and problem resolution needed to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionInterfaces with Supplies R&D, Supplies Product management, and Supplies Marketing on new product ideas, concepts and product specificationsAssists in accurately maintaining Zebra's inventory programsLiaison for operations estimator team and documentation teamPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience1+ years of applicable B2B customer service (customer-facing), sales, sales support or supplies quoting experienceIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsAbility to communicate directly with end-user customers and channel partnersMust reside in the US, specifically near/around Lincolnshire, IL with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office/2 days remote)RFID media quoting experience highly sought afterStrong interpersonal communications - written and verbal skillsDemonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills (for quoting complex applications)Experience with SFDCAbility to work within a team environmentTechnical aptitude, ability to communicate technical information verbally and in written formDemonstrated experience taking ownership and being proactive in customer interfacing positions preferredCustomer/sales knowledge, industry knowledge a plusValue Proposition AnalysisProven planning and execution skillsStrong organizational and process orientationDetail-orientedBenefitsHealthcareWellnessInclusion networksContinued learning and development offeringsCommunity service daysTraditional insurancesCompensationParental leaveEmployee assistance programPaid time off offeringsCompany OverviewZebra Technologies delivers barcode printers, scanners, RFID, and mobile computing solutions for business visibility.
