Position Summary:
We are currently looking for motivated, tech-savvy and customer service-oriented individuals to fill the position of an Apple At Home Advisor. In this role, you will provide world-class customer support for Apples popular range of products, including iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks, right from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve technical and troubleshooting issues related to Apples range of products and services
Offer a high level of customer service, assisting customers with their queries and concerns
Deliver product solutions to meet customers needs and encourage positive engagements
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high volume times
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Participate in frequent 1:1/classroom video coaching sessions with leadership
Attend team meetings in person and online to understand the latest updates and business priorities
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience
Strong interest in technology, particularly Apple products, and agility at learning new products and features
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Disciplined, dedicated, and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think on your feet
High-speed internet connection
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
