As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be an integral part of this partnership, working closely with Amazon employees, vendor partners, and community members to deliver exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Providing 5-star customer service to internal and external customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Greeting and checking in guests, distributing badges, and providing resources to callers. Assisting with administrative activities, projects, and audits. Facilitating the opening and/or closing of service locations throughout the Seattle Region. Maintaining knowledge of current and future scheduled events, maintenance, and service provider locations. Ensuring program service level agreements and operation standards are exceeded. Collaborating with Amazon employees and vendor partners to provide solutions and support. Reporting suspicious persons, calls, and packages to Amazon Corporate Security and Northwest Center supervisors. Maintaining reception forms and supplies, and communicating with supervisors when supplies need to be ordered. Distributing confidential assets and updating associated tracking logs. Ensuring the physical presence of lobbies and workrooms exceeds overall visual presence expectations and commissioning standards. Banana Stand Responsibilities In addition to your reception duties, you will also be responsible for: Operating the Amazon Banana Stand, including daily setup and teardown. Unloading bananas, sorting, and maintaining the stand's inventory. Greeting and engaging with visitors, providing a 5-star experience. Tracking daily metrics on distribution, compost, and customer feedback. Decorating the stand for holidays and special events. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is preferred. 1+ year of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience; 2+ years is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and provide personalized solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate situations and resolve conflicts. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
