App & Web UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Mid/Senior App & Web UI/UX Designer to join our UI/UX department. This role offers the opportunity to work on a fun and challenging mobile app, helping to shape immersive and intuitive user experiences through top-tier UI/UX design.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Design engaging and intuitive UI/UX solutions that align with client visions and industry standards.
Translate concepts into User Flows, Wireframes, and UI Mockups to support product definition and development.
Identify UI/UX challenges and create data-driven design solutions to enhance usability and engagement.
Create new components for the App’s Design System and High-Fidelity designs with clear rules to be implemented.
Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Manager to deliver best-in-class UX and UI.
Optimize interfaces using player feedback, metrics, and KPIs.
Work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design for apps and websites.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Expert knowledge in Figma.
Good knowledge of Photoshop.
Solid understanding of UX Design, including Competitor Analysis, User Flows, Affinity Maps, and Mid-Fidelity Wireframes.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience working closely with programming teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
DESIRABLE PLUSES:
Motion Design skills (After Effects, Animate, Rive).
Basic 3D skills.
Basic illustration skills.
