Job Title: National Outreach CoordinatorDepartment: Outreach & AdmissionsLocation: Remote with Travel RequiredReports To: Director of OutreachPosition Summary:The National Outreach Coordinator is responsible for expanding Apex Recovery’s national presence by developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing brand awareness, and driving admissions. This role involves strategic networking, community engagement, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to promote our treatment programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or healthcare sales and is passionate about connecting individuals with life-changing treatment.Key Responsibilities:Outreach & Networking:Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, detox centers, therapists, and other referral sources nationwide.Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase brand visibility and drive admissions.Represent Apex Recovery at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Maintain a database of referral contacts and track engagement efforts.Admissions & Referral Coordination:Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth referral process for prospective clients.Provide education to referral partners about Apex Recovery’s programs, levels of care, and admission criteria.Follow up with referral sources to ensure a high level of service and maintain strong relationships.Marketing & Community Engagement:Work with the marketing team to develop outreach materials and digital campaigns tailored to referral sources.Organize and participate in community events, professional luncheons, and webinars to promote Apex Recovery.Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in addiction treatment outreach.Reporting & Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral partner engagement in Salesforce or other CRM tools.Provide regular reports to leadership on outreach effectiveness and admissions impact.Adjust strategies as needed to optimize referral conversions and business growth.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 2+ years in business development, outreach, sales, or admissions within behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare.Knowledge: Understanding of substance use disorder treatment, levels of care, and industry regulations.Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Travel: Willingness to travel nationally for networking and outreach.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive results.Preferred Qualifications:Existing referral network within the behavioral health industry.Experience with insurance verification and admissions coordination.Knowledge of Joint Commission and state regulations for addiction treatment.
