About the RoleSerotonin is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our APAC team as a strategic operations specialist. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency and profitability for APAC clients by developing and executing effective processes across teams. The ideal candidate has a proven record in creating streamlined operations for marketing teams and will manage project organization, task coordination, and deadlines for client projects. They will oversee team bandwidth and collaborate with APAC strategic leads to ensure key deliverables. Reporting directly to the APAC Marketing Director, this person is based in Hong Kong and actively engaged in the local web3 community.The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the local Web3 community, leveraging a strong network of contacts and strategic expertise to promote, expand, and tailor our services to the specific needs of the local market. They will also play a pivotal role in strategically expanding our existing client base within these markets.
