AP Specialist - Gee Automotive Companies

The role involves processing invoices and gaining specialized knowledge across 20+ dealerships in a structured, high-growth environment. Responsibilities Verifying authorization for all purchases Posting of all payable invoices as well as factory invoices Posting ACH debits through EIV and recording payments through Nvoice Pay Work with Vendors and dealership management teams to reconcile invoices Complete on-demand check requests, and update and maintain vendor W9 binders Other related functions that may arise Skills Must have excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and accounting skills Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role Must be dependable, accurate, and able to take direction, stay on task, and have a positive attitude and demeanor CDK software and Excel knowledge are required Must be 18 years or older, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen Benefits Top-of-the-Line Benefits: Including Health, Dental, Vision, Pet, and Company-Paid Life Insurance.
