AP & AR Analyst - Remote - CO
GRC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (A/P & A/R) Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the AP/AR functions, including invoice processing, reconciliations, reporting, and communication with vendors and customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Ensure timely completion of invoice approval workflows
• Monitor and manage the AP email inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries
Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
• Generate and share weekly Billing and AR reports with the finance team
• Reconcile AR accounts to maintain accurate records
• Manage customer communications, including approvals, disputes, and necessary adjustments
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (7+ years) in accounts payable and/or receivable roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and Google Sheets
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
