We are looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team as a Part-Time customer service rep. We are a busy insurance office and you will be our amazing clients first point of contact. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you will be the perfect fit for this role.
Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed.
You will be responsible for working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for new clients, develop sales strategies, and promote our amazing insurance products and services. If you have previous experience in marketing, business operations, sales, or telemarketing, this is the perfect role for you. Monthly Bonus based on Agency performance
Total monthly compensation target is $1,500.00
8:30 AM- 5:30 PM EST

Responsibilities
Develop insurance quotes.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Requirements
Atleast one year experiance working for an insurance agency that sells Home and Auto.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must have the ability to multi-task.
You must be excellent at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Spanish/ English preferred but not required.
