We are currently seeking a Analytics Support Lead (Remote) to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).
Responsibilities:
Ā Day to Day application support incidents tracking and managing end user communication on ticket updates
Ā Application support Ticket fixes and closure as per priority and defined SLA
Ā Engage in onsite client discussions, architect meetings, CAB meetings relating to ticket discussion and closure
Ā Work closely with IT Managers and business teams to mitigate ticket issues and risks.
Ā Work closely with offshore support team, integration systems teams to manage the overall ticket backlogs and resolution
Requirements:
Ā 8+ years of experience in managing analytics application support ecosystem covering multiple tools... (Informatica MDM / Matillion / Tableau / Cognos)
Ā Strong experience working in large Data warehouse, Data modeling & Data Mappings, Data validation, Match and Merge rules, Framework etc
Ā Hands on experience in multiple analytics tools (Informatica MDM / Matillion / Tableau / Cognos), covering design, development and application monitoring
Ā Experience handling analytics application support covering shift, managing SLA compliance and Production deployments
Ā Collaborates with source systems data stewards, system owners and technical personnel for data issues and resolves any data quality or technical issues related to data ingestion and integration.
Ā Strong understanding of application support processes and understands Service Now tool.
Ā Strong Experience working with clients and end users
Ā Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
