Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive account health, sustainability, and cost reduction for our customers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to identify operational efficiency initiatives and cost reduction opportunities
Lead projects to drive overall supply chain savings for our customers and provide regular scorecard reviews to ensure transparency and accountability
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ranging from C-level executives to warehouse associates, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Utilize advanced tools and systems, including Salesforce, SAP, and MS Excel, to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or comparable experience
5-7 years of sales or customer service experience, with 2-3 years of prior industry experience preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with ability to work autonomously and in a matrix environment
Advanced knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
