About the position

Responsibilities
• Own the requirements gathering, development, testing, and maintenance of process automation solutions primarily using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL.
• Track and monitor project progress, risks, and issues, reporting on status and recommending corrective actions.
• Create executive-level readouts and status updates for clients and senior management.
• Partner with peers to provide planning and implementation support.
• Function as a product owner/product manager by capturing and translating business requirements into functional requirements and drafting user stories.
• Leverage various technologies and data analytics skills to analyze and test the correctness of data assets using SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Execute within a fast-paced environment leveraging the Agile framework and actively driving scrum ceremonies.

Requirements
• Master's degree in Information Management, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Data Analyst, Software Engineer, or a related occupation.
• Experience in Agile SDLC processes including scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design documentation.
• Proficiency in Jira (JQL).
• Experience with database and data analysis tools including SQL, Oracle, and Essbase.
• Familiarity with data wrangling tools and ETL processes including Python, Spark, and REST APIs.
• Ability to create data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Qlikview.
• Knowledge of data modeling and product management.
• Experience in data science for predictive model building with Python.
• Familiarity with cloud-based big-data platforms including Amazon Web Services and DataBricks.
• Experience working in the Finance Planning and Analysis domain and understanding of data governance concepts.

Benefits
• Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
• Salary range of $125,000 - $165,000 per year.
