Analytics & Reporting Analyst (Looker Studio, GA4, GSC, GBP) – Contract - Contract to Hire
About the role I’m an independent consultant working with multiple B2B and local-market companies on SEO, analytics, and growth strategy. I’m looking for a detail-oriented analytics analyst to help centralize performance data, maintain historical reporting, and prepare clean, insight-ready reports. This role supports strategy, but does not own strategy. This is a long-term contract opportunity for the right person. What you’ll be working on: Data sources You’ll work with: GA4 bolthires Search Console bolthires Business Profile (GBP) Semrush (via exports) Other sources over time as needed Core responsibilities: 1.Data ingestion & history Export and append bolthires Search Console data monthly Maintain historical GSC data for YoY reporting (stored in BigQuery) Manage Semrush and GBP exports via bolthires Sheets Ensure data consistency and accuracy 2. Looker Studio dashboards Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards Connect: GA4 (native) BigQuery (for historical GSC) bolthires Sheets (Semrush, GBP) Create: Executive summary views Search performance trends Local / GBP performance views YoY and period-over-period comparisons 3.bolthires Slides reporting Maintain reports that follow an existing bolthires Slides format Set up Slides to: Pull charts/tables from Looker Studio Refresh automatically each month Add: Short comments Key changes vs last period Early flags or questions (Strategic narrative and recommendations will be added by me.) 4. Insight prep Summarize trends and anomalies clearly Separate signal from noise Prepare decision-ready notes (concise bullets) What this role is NOT: Not a strategy role Not client-facing Not account management Not data engineering Not content writing Required experience: Hands-on experience with GA4 Hands-on experience with bolthires Search Console Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio Experience working with bolthires Business Profile data Comfortable using bolthires Sheets SEO fundamentals Basic familiarity with BigQuery (tables, appending data) Clear written English Comfortable working async and taking feedback Nice to have (not required): Semrush experience Experience supporting consultants or leadership Experience automating reports into bolthires Slides Apply tot his job
