Job Summary:
Are you looking to join forces with a Marketing team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? ArchWell Health is hiring a Graphic Designer to emulate brand continuity and design key deliverables. This individual will be a key member of the Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) team, a highly collaborative and dynamic group of professionals. As a Graphic Designer on the Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and bringing our brand to life across digital and print platforms. From campaign visuals to social media, collateral, and event materials, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing team members, copywriters, our agencies/vendors, and other departments across the organization to produce visually compelling assets that resonate with our audience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Design engaging, on-brand marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, infographics, presentations, print collateral, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and other teams across the organization to conceptualize and execute campaigns
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems and asset libraries
• Utilizing design software like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva) and other relevant tools.
• Prepare final files for production and ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Work with developers or web teams to design high-converting web pages or enhance UX with visual assets, animations, and layout support.
• Collaborate with photographers or manage photo/video shoots to ensure visual content aligns with the brand. Organize and maintain a digital asset library.
Education and Experience:
• Three to five years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (or similar tools)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative thinking
• Understanding of brand identity, layout, typography, and color theory
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively and independently
