• **This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA*** This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As an Analyst on the Global FP&A team reporting to Manager of Global FP&A, you will focus on supporting the team responsible for global oversight for budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis of franchise fees, management fees, Ownership and corporate expense. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: • Assist in monthly forecasting, roll-up global forecast, variance analysis, and preparation of Monthly Business Review which includes presentation of Hilton's key performance indicators and financial metrics • Support quarterly forecast for Earnings Release and other quarterly deliverables for Accounting, Investor Relations and Board of Directors • Help conduct analyses of financial performance identifying trends and drivers that impact Franchise fees and O&M How you will collaborate with others: • Partner with Analytics, Accounting, Financial Systems, Operations Finance, and other team members to ensure deadlines are met and storylines are explained What projects you will take ownership of: • Help prepare consolidated annual budget presentation • Prepare variance explanations and trend analysis in order for management to easily understand variances between actual results and forecasts and prior year • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and dashboards WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications: • One (1) year of work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting • Experience using Excel and Power Point to create presentations • Experience in the Hospitality Industry It would be useful if you have: • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics and similar quantitative fields • Experience with Oracle SmartView and Hyperion Essbase or similar planning software WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON Hilton, the #1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands.
