Lead a team of statistical programmers and provide guidance and oversight for data analysis activities.
Develop and implement statistical analysis plans and ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data analyses that support decision-making for clinical trials and drug development.
Utilize advanced statistical methods and programming languages to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Mentor and train team members on statistical programming techniques and best practices.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in statistical programming and apply them to enhance data analysis processes.
Communicate and present analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory agencies.
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in data analysis processes and contribute to the development of standardized tools and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of data analysis results.
Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new statistical programming team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and growth.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide strategies and initiatives related to data analysis and statistical programming.
